I went to the Kinkos located at 5455 Wadsworth Bypass in Arvada.

I needed to have enlargements of photos made for a dear friend that was dying. The photos were to be used at her services. One of the photos needed to have half of it removed and the remainder enlarged to an 8x10 and an additional 5x7. The young woman who helped me was the epitome of superior customer service. She also exhibited a caring attitude in what was an extremely difficult task for me to have to undertake.

Often we are quick to complain when service is considered unsatisfactory but forget when service is superior. I would like this young lady acknowledged. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name-but she is slight with short dark brown hair.
