I ordered gps on priority shipping on 31st August which said I woud get it in 2days. I am still waiting. There is no response. Credit card has been promptly charged. I called over 40 times, left over 20 voicemails, wrote over 30 emails. No response at all. I am a customer in US. These guys have managed to maintain a good record with ebay. They are responding to all ebay queries 5 to 6 times a day. I see that they even responded to a query this morning...But no response to my emails/voicemails. I reported to ebay about them. If they don't have accountability to a big company like ebay, they cheat you. If you had ordered the same product on actngps through ebay, they would've promptly delivered it.Just because I ordered over their website, I have to face this and this seems to be the story with countless others. They also falsely claim to be authorized dealers of garmin and magellan etc.. If you get on to websites of Garmin, magellan, they are nowhere listed under their authorized dealers. I have reposrted to my bank about them . WIll not keep quiet until I get my money back.

Most people dont look at the reviews before they buy!!! The basic rule is "Caveat emptor" ... let the buyer beware... A friend of mine recently purchased a GPS from ActionGPS and they did send him the product, but after a week he found some problem with the product and wanted to return it. He emailed them and they did agree to refund the money after deducting some fee. He sent it in priority mail and they did receive the item but even after a month no refund of the money or any mails neither they attend the calls!!!!

Excellent Deal. The person on the phone was very courteous and professional. I ordered a Garmin Nuvi 350 gps and received it two days later. I could not ask for more. Excellent service.
