Personal Attention Distribution Services Owes Refund

In January we hired Personal Attention to distribute brochures to promote our fund raising Walk in Cincinnati. After they had our brochures for several weeks, delivery had not been completed and we were unable to get a list of locations where brochures had been delivered.

We had to hire another company to take over the delivery project, but Personal Attention did not return over 20,000 of our brochures! Not only did we lose the exposure we needed, but it also cost us over $3000 in printed matter and freight for the brochures they "lost".

Personal Attention offers this service all over the country, then when they get a sale they hire day laborers or someone from Craig's list to do the work. There is no management or oversight of the project within the city.

I know our Connecticut chapter has also had a problem with Personal Attention, and I don't want to see other nonprofits fall into this trap.
