I was also mislead by the advertisment that says you get a free shed ender with the purchase of pedi paws. THe box the pedipaws comes in is big enough for both products but they are shipped seperatly so that you get doubled charged. This company is misleading and is conducting business in an unethical manner. I highly recommend that no one buy this product they don't deserve your money.

1. Shipping Charges. The companys actually make most of their money with the 'add on's' and the shipping charges. The product is actually a lost leader.

2. To avoid the over charging and also maybe (as with some products that you can order via the net or phone) do this. Get a prepaid Visa or MasterCard. Then only keep a small amount on this card. Now when you want to order something, you top up this ONE card and then do your order. If the over charge you at least you do not have a whole mess with your primer (bank or credit card) And as most of you have seen now some companies will not stop their monthly charges etc, this is the easiest way to stop them. Put no more money on the Pre-paid Card. Problem solved. NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER use your bank Visa/MasterCard - you have just given them full access to all your bank funds!!

I don't understand what the fuss is all about! I will say that the instuction sheet is vauge at best on how to use the device, and I agree that the shipping and handleing charges are high ( could have added $1.00 to the fee and got it shipped by UPS) everybody needs to read every part in the ad and in check out so they will know in advance what they are getting into.
Other than the things I mentioned before in the in this text, it did take along time for them to ship the item,I have had no trouble with my unit and plan to order extra grinding heads for the unit. The unit works great as it is and if you have to you CAN remove the shield to fine tune the claw trim.
In the end all I've got to say I'm happy with the unit.

This company is a joke. They first charged me the product amt before they even shipped it. Actually they never did ship it. I was charged on 10-1-08 and on 10-6-08 all that customer service could tell me was the item was not shipped and they did not know when it would be, but they charged me for it. Here is a really easy fix for this, call your credit card company and ask them to charge back the amount pedi paws charged you because you have not received the product. Most cards have a policy about charging for a product that has not been shipped also.
