I tried to get support for my Panasonic dp-190 printer/scanner/fax. After being put in a queue and then speaking with another intermediary person (dispatch), I knew I was in trouble. They took an hour to get back to me to tell me they don't give support for the all-in-ones AT ALL! WHAT WHAT?! And they gave me a "local rep" number to call to attempt to fix the simple network issue I was experiences with the fax on my working machine! Oh, and that person was nice enough to leave his cell number on his voicemail, but he is traveling at the moment, so God knows how long it will be before I hear back from them.

Lame Panasonic!!! LAME!!!

I am officially off the Panasonic bandwagon permenantly...
