Packed broken! - Aqua Globes

I received aqua globe s as a gift at Christmas and just opened the box to set them up. One is cracked with a missing 1/2" chunk that is neither in the foam, the box or the globe. It had to have been packed broken! Crappy deal if you ask me. Whether the remaining globe works has yet to be determined.

The same thing happened to me...birthday present, opened it up, and one has a missing chunk, which like you, is not in the styrofoam, in the box, nowhere.Put duct tape over the hole....definately not the look I was hoping for...how do we contact company?
