POOR SERVICE - BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS. I have already written a prior review. For those of you who felt you have been scammed by FotoConnection, I filed a complaint with the INTERNET FRAUD DEPARTMENT with the Attorney General's Office for New York City. I went online filled out the form and mailed all my documents to them. I received an email and a case number. They have opened an investigation against FotoConnection. Everyone else needs to do the same!!!
