POOR DOCUMENTATION: Just a word of warning when calling into Sam"s Club to write down dates, times, and especially who you speak with. In Oct my account was closed, I paid what was due. The next month i received another bill with late fees not reflecting the paid in full payment i made. I called and requested at that time to waive the late fee as t he account was closed and the payment was made in full the day before it was due, and because of the check having been mailed and received 5 days later, they informed me the fees had been waived and my balance was 0. In December i got another bill, this time i wrote the name of the person i spoke with, a nd was informed my balance was 0. I received a January bill today and now theres late fee on late fee on late fee. I contacted Sam's club and was informed t here was no documentation regarding my balance being 0. I now am writing a letter to GEMB/SAM's Club out of El Paso TX to try to clear this matter. And by the way they don't record every conversation, cause had they recorded the times i called, they would have had their documentation on tape.
