APPLY FOR A PLUS LOAN AND BE PREPARED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
1. Try to get a person in America who understands the language!
2. Paperwork requested from parents such as your DL will be sent, e-mailed or faxed to PA; however, try to get confirmation the documents were received and you'll be waiting for 2 weeks and someone will confirm they think so.
3. By the time you're so upset because you cannot find a competent individual to tell you whether you have been approved for a PLUS Loan, (although your FICO is above 760)! Your request to speak to a supervisor then gives you a feeling of resolution.
4. Supervisor promises the issue should have been resolved and fixed on "Their End" and reassures you that your loan documents will be approved. but....72 hours later you get the same e-mail telling you they have not received your DL (when you've attempted to send and get confirmation for six weeks).

5. Ted Kennedy, you SUCK because your dying wish was to get rid of privatized lending. Sallie Mae is the government and they really stink! Thanks for changing legislation!
