I DO NOT FEEL SORRY FOR ANYONE WHO COMPLAINED ABOUT CVS WORK.I AM A CVS TECH AND HAVE BEEN YELLED AT FOR CO-PAYMENT GOING UP, DOCTORS NOT CALLING BACK , LOST MEDICINE AND INSURANCE COMPANY NOT PAYING FOR MEDS.ALL THE TIME IT THE CUSTOMERS PROBLEM AND THEY WANT US TO FIX IT. DOCTORS DO NO CALL BACK BECAUSE YOU HAVE NOT SEEN THEM IN A LONG TIME OR THEY SEE OTHER PEOPLE ARE VERY BUSY AT THAT TIME. INSURANCE DO NOT PAY FOR YOU MED BECAUSE YOU SENT IN YOUR PAYMENT LATE ETC. I SPENT MORE TIME ON THE PHONE CALLING YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY ASKING ABOUT YOUR INSURANCE BECAUSE YOU DO NOT WANT TO WAIT.YOUR FORGET YOUR ARE NOT THE ONLY PERSON WE TAKE CARE OF. WE DO THE BEST WE CAN WITH THE SMALL STAFF THEY LET US HAVE. YOU WANT YOUR MED DONE IN LESS THEN 10 MIN BUT YOU WAIT FOR A PIZZA FOR ONE HALF HOUR.THE BEST THING I HAVE BEEN TOLD BY ONE CUSTOMER WHEN SHE GOT MADE. WAS HOW WE ALMOST KILLED HER MOTHER YET SHE STILL COME TO CVS TO HAVE HER MEDS FILLED?????????? YOU SHOULD LISTEN TO WHAT YOU SAY!! IT SOUNDS SO SILLY. ABOUT CALLING THE DOCTOR TO SEE IF YOU ARE GETTING TO MUST OF THE SAME MEDS. WELL LET ME TELL YOU WE HAVE A LOT OF PRESCRIPTION PADS STOLEN AND LOOK OUT FOR THEN. WE ALSO HAVE A LOT OF PRESCRIPTION CHANGES BY CUSTOMERS,ADD REFILLS ON THEN AND CHANGING NUMBERS. WE CALL DOCTORS ON CONTROL MEDS. I AM SORRY YOU HATE CVS SO MUCH BUT ALL PHARMACY HAVE PROBLEMS WITH CUSTOMERS.
