Complaint

After switching to this company i processed my first few customers. The total sale was a little over 4,000.00 a week later I had only received 481.00. No one called to say there was a problem. The customers were gone with my goods and services and I am still waitng for the remainder of my money. I have not processed any other cards through them

Excuse me. You know that money you earned in your account. Did you want that. It belongs to CPC you know. Were takin' it 'cause you won't willingly or knowingly hand it over. We call dibs.

Uhhhh, I beg your pardon Mr. Crescent Rep. I've been waiting for TWO WEEKS for an authorized transaction to hit my banking account. That's slightly more than 72 hours. Crescent is the most unethical business I've ever dealth with.

As a rep for Crescent, I have had one client who had a problem similar to you. In almost all cases, it takes 48-72 hours for the money to show up in your bank account; this is typical within the industry. In the case of my client it turned out to be that they were not doing their batch runs each evening at closing. The transaction just stays in limbo until the batch is run. Perhaps this was the case for you?
