Right on there website it says in very big letters that the shed enders are free but you have to pay shipping for them...

I have been waiting 2 weeks now for my order. When I ordered I ordered 2 pedipaws and one shed ender. They tagged on 2 shed enders. Shipping is separate for all the items. I have called and filed a complaint with the FTC as they have charged my card and not shipped the item which they are trying to tell me is in stock but is an 8 week ship time. They e-mail blasted me daily and never mentioned they had shipping problems. As a matter of fact even after my order they have been e-mail blasting me daily. They have no customer service to speak of and the CA location says the item ships from NJ and NJ says the items ship from CA. Their tracking portion of their website does not work and they could care less. The company responsible for pedipaws is Telebrands. They have had at least 1 FTC fine against them and are sure to have more based on their complete disregard for the law and their customers.
