Needed a fast job to move slider switch from wall to cabinet in new construction home. MR Handyman technicians were slow, inexperienced. Charged by the hour - so worked slow and stretched out time. Included travel time to buy parts which they were unfamiliar with. Took 4 hrs!! Switch blew out after 10 days. Returned and charged us another 2 hrs + twice normal cost of new switch. Complained. Franchise owner Carl Heinz unresponsive and defensive. A nightmare! Never use these clowns!
