Over Charge - Kenmore Refrigerator

When the serviceman arrived all he did was to adjust the controlls in the freezer compartment,
Since there was no parts involved I thought he was going to give me a bill for $65, instead I was given a bill of $132.00. Thats $67 for turning up the temperture in the freezer
When I ask him why, his reply was, "I have to charge for instructing the customer".
I called and talked with a local repair company, and they told me that they have never heard of such a thing.
Surely Sears can't be that hard up.I paid with my credit card. I was so upset that I call the credit Department and cancelled both credit cards.
I will never shop or do business Sears again.
