What an incredible greedy company to have raised account interest rates to 25% on current longstanding account holders. We have never been late and do have an account balance which is paid on time and well over the minimum payment amount.
When the government announced that credit card companies would have to notify customers of changes in the account processes, Home Depot instantly raised the rates to loan shark levels!
After talking a customer service representative about the rate increase, I was told to suck it up and pay off the account or close it!
I can promise Home Depot I will NEVER EVER NEVER buy anything from you again!
