Out and Out Lies

I have waited for two days for a shipment that should have and was scheduled by a tracking number. The first day Monday the 30th of June they said it was rescheduled due to weather issues. Funny there wasnt anything in the weather report in Southern CA about a weather problem in Vernon CA. That is an out and out lie. Today the tracking information said out for delivery at 6:16am. It is now 8:15pm and guess what not truck and its getting dark. Another day of lies. What is the ultimate in frustration is there is NO HUMAN BEING to talk to about what the f...k happened to my $1000.00 item, which is rare and for the most part not replaceable. We live in an era where companies don't give a darn about service really and they dont want to be held accountable. If the common guy conducted himself like this he wouldnt have a job or a future at ANY company. And if you read Wall Street Journal and Forbes as I do you see the company is losing money. God I wonder why.

Couldnt be more disappointed.

Delivery was finally made at 8:30 at night. What happened to delivery before 6:00pm when people weren't in thier P.J.'s about to go to sleep. NUTTY.
