One screw up after another - Wheels and tires

I ordered a set of wheels and tires from wheelsnext on June 30, 2008. An email was automatically sent to me saying they would respond within 24 hours. One week later I got tired of waiting for them to call, so I called them, they told me they lost my order. So I placed it again, and inquired about a free gas card promotion they were running, they assured me I qualified, as long as I spent over $1500. I added a few extra things to my order to make it over the $1500, I went with premium tires at $200 more. I paid for the order with my credit card, they told me I'd receive an email when the order shipped, (within 1-2 days). I waited another week and a half, still no email, so I called them again. They informed me that they lost my order AGAIN. They said they were going to ship it today! 2 more days pass, and I get a phone call from wheels next, explaining they do not have my rims in stock, they need to order them from another store. Two more weeks pass. My rims arrive at their store. I call to inquire once more, they say it is being shipped today. Two days later I get a call from wheelsnext, they tell me they do not have my wheels in stock, they would like to give me a different set. Fine I say, I inquire once more about the gas card, they assure me it is coming. 4 days later I get a confirmation that my order is shipped. When my order finally arrives at my door, 8 days later, I see that they downgraded my tires, without adjusting my bill, so I paid $200 extra for tires I didn't get. And no gas card. I call and ask about the gas card, they will send it out today, they say. 4 days later I get a call from wheels next saying I will not be getting the gas card. Nor will I be getting my $200 back for the tires they never sent. After 3 attempts at talking to a manager, to which they just leave me on hold for 20-30 minutes, until I hang up, I am frustrated, and not liking wheelsnext much. On a lighter note, I do like my wheels, and they fit my car, and look really good.

After trying yet again to talk to a manager at this extremely shady company, and waiting on hold for 35 minutes, the manager gave me $67 back (supposedly, I'll believe it when I see it). That was his answer to giving me the completely wrong set of tires. No gas card. None coming, no solution. I totally think this was a bait and switch tactic. They constantly told me I'd qualify, over and over, got me to rack up my bill, then after all is paid for and shipped, they told me I don't qualify. Extremely shady business practices, very, very poor customer service. I ordered a warranty on my wheels, but I severely doubt they'd ever uphold it if anything were to go wrong with my wheels. I wish I would have read the reviews before buying. STAY AWAY FROM WHEELSNEXT!!!

Has your issue been resolved? If not please let us know. If your issue has been resolved, can you please response here that you have received your product or a refund. It is very unfair to judge a company by this board because we always solve our customers problems, but then no one ever comes back to post about how we resolve all our customer's issues.
