On 10/ 06/07 I went to Dunkin donuts to purchase 3 cappucinos. I went to the drive through window. as the cashier was handing me the tray of hot cappuccino one of the cups splashed up and hit me in the face burning me. It also spilled down my arm burning my arm. The cashier did not even bother to apologize. she simply handed me napkins.

I am unable to go to management as no one in that store speaks English. My Attorney is now taking care of it. Dunkin Donuts is the rudest establishment I have ever been to.
