I just recently recv'd my MJ and then my computer starting freezing on certain programs. I'm not sure if it's the other programs or MJ. I s anyone else have the same issue?

i had similar issues when i first installed magicjack, at the time my pc had only 512mb ram, after upgrading my ram to 2gigs on that pc its running flawlessly. keep in mind your running an extra application on your computer which ofcourse will use resourecs from your pc so you make sure you have a fast pc

I have the same problem, the computer freezes everytime I plug the Magic Jack in, it worked fine only the first time I plugged it in. I really don't know what to do...

I had the same problem. It got so bad my computer would not even start up if the MJ was plugged in. I finally got ahold of someone who knew what they were doing. I sent back my old one and received a new one. Although I am kinda scared to plug the new one in.
