Nutra Lane Fraud - Res Ver XP (2 units)

I ordered a free sample of a product and paid shipping and handling. The advertising was very clear that it was a one-time order and that there was no obligation to purchase additional product. When the product arrived, a slip in the package stated that I would receive two additonal packages of the product next month for $70 and that an additional two packages of the product wil be shipped to me every 45 days following. Nowhere in my original order did I agree to such an approach and nowhere in the original advertising did it mention such an obligation. This is clearly fraudulent and I would warn all consumers to avoid this company at all costs. I will also be filing a complaint against this company in every website I can find, including filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. This company should be ashamed.

I ordered this product on Aug. 19 and cancelled Aug. 21. They still took money out of my checking on 9/8 and again on 9/21 even though I cancelled and told them that I had been up in Kentucky, where my 59 year old daughter passed away with brain cancer on 9/19. I need this money back as it left me quite short. I discovered that this product was a scam also. Can you Help me? Dolores Herring.

9/15/09 I ordered a sample bottle at $3.95 late August and never received it. The charge went through immediately. Today they tried to charge my credit card $79.95 but bank refused is when they checked with me.
