or so says the commercial from remax.com

Are they crazy? Who buys that line and believes this.

They should be ashamed to push real estate at a time when real estate is on the edge of a cliff.

Better advice might be "wait a bit and see where this market is going so you are not losing money a week after you buy"

If you need a home you need a home but if not you might be smart to wait a little.
