Notoriously Slow! - Contractor

I am giving a low rating because the remodel work is progressing extremely slowly. We hired Louis Marenco of Boynton Construction to do a fairly extensive remodel on our house. He signed a contract with us stating the work would be completed by 1 June. It is 28 May and the work is only about 30% complete, and on average only 2 workers show up 2 or 3 days per week. When Louis shows up at the house, the work that is completed is first rate.
