Not very happy - Samsung (SGH-E250)

Good morning, my name is Nicole, i have a very big problem with my samsung E250, i purchased it by cell c on a control chat 50. since i have had this phone i have had nothing but problems with it, first i could not sms out, then i could not phone out but could recieve incoming sms'es and phone calls, then that little cover thing where you plug the charger in started to wear out, it eventually just broke off in my hand bag on new years eve because it was closing properly, when i type a sms and am finished with the first word and onto the next one and the first one only follows after a few seconds, that is a software problem on a phone that is just on 6 months old, now my phone is making this horrible scratching noise when i try to phone out, my phone is also not charging properly, this is not a very good impression for a phone that is barely 6 months old. I am not happy with this phone. Cell c wants to send my phone away for "repairs" but wont give me a loan phone. Either this gets sorted out and my phone gets replaced with another phone and not samsung let me add, or i will go to all the newspapers and magazines i can think of and let them publish an article on just how crappy a sumsung E250 is and the kind of service customers recieve from cell c. By rights my phone should be replaced and i do not want a another samsung. Either that or i go to another network where i will get a better service.
