Not happy - revlon makeup compact

bought a 35 dollar revlon makeup from behind the tester that was the colour only to find that when I got home it was not the same colour, I took it back only to be told they do not refund or exchange makeup,I told her it was not my fault it was put in the wrong spot, she proceeded to tell me they had a policy about makeup and pulled out a pamphlet to show me, I opened the compact and showed her it had not been touched even the plastic was still in place she told me it did not matter. I turned around and threw it and the docket in the bin, not going back there again, and telling lots of people about it.
