Not as advertised - OEM Break Pads
|

I ordered replacement pads for my Mazda 6 from brakeplanet.com and shortly thereafter received my product. I ordered Mazda OEM replacement pads as my car was still under warranty but I wanted to save some money from the dealer parts store. The brake pads went on fine but over the course of a few months I was told by two separate Mazda dealerships that these are not Mazda pads. The pads work reasonably weill but they tend to fade faster, make more brake dust, and about 2 months in I am starting to notice some brake noise coming from the pads at low speed stops (which the Mazda pads never did). I am disatisfied that they didn't deliver as advertised but I did not complain back to the company. I have read some other reviews since purchasing this product about brake planet and have seen a trend of sub standard service and quality. Won't buy from them again regardless of price.
