Not Happy With GemsTV - Morganite and diamond ring

I purchased A Morganite Ring From GemsTV. I asked the phone Rep to send the ring in a size 8 as that is what I wear. They told me they couldn't do that. I would have to send it back to them after receiving it for sizing. This is stupid and expensive, so I took it to my local jeweler (whom I have used before) and when I began wearing the ring; one day of wear produced three diamonds lost from the setting. This ring is cheaply made, and I won't be shopping with them again, as I can not return it to them since I had to have it sized because they wouldn't do it before sending it to me. I am very unhappy and will return To JTV for my jewelry needs.

Why would Gemstv cover your jewelers workmanship. Don't you read the terms and conditions or listen to their commercials? They are an auction honey, and they do not mass produce. So just because your finger is fatter than the standard size and you need it sized doesnt mean you have to blame them. Why doesnt your jeweler provide you a warranty because gemstv does even after they size it. Dont be dumb and maybe if you looked alittle more into things you wouldnt be complaining all the time. I bet you JTV isnt happy your coming back. You seem like a problem customer.
