Normally I rent from Alamo. However my last trip Enterprise was so much cheaper that it made no sense not to book with them. I got a full size car for $11 a day. Compared to Alamo's $20 some dollars, this was a great deal. I picked up my car at the Los Angeles Airport location. When I got there, I remembered why I hated California. The line was so long it was out the door. I was a little frustrated, but after sitting on a plane for 6 hours standing for 20 � 30 minutes was not going to kill me.

When I got to the counter to talk to a rep, I was amazed at the service I received. The man who assisted me was very polite. He was efficient in making small talk with me while still working at a decent pace in order to move the line along. All the reps were seemed to work the same. Normally when reps have long lines, they tend to be grumpy and rush through the service. The man who assisted me told me about a program for frequent renters called ePlus. ePlus members have a separate line, so it makes it a little easier for them. It was free and easy to join, so I did. When we went out to pick up our car, I was even more impressed. There were so many employees’ helping customers. Just out of curiosity I asked about the price of a BMW 750i sitting in front. The tag was insane, but the man did offer me a Cadillac for $75 a day. I made an offer of $50 a day, he said $55 and I said sold.

I was very impressed by the over-all customer experience with Enterprise and I will definitely rent from them the next time I am in need of a rental car.
