How hard can it be to spend $200 a pop on renewing Directory entries?

Our account login details don't work a year later - and none of the automated reminder systems work. When you eventually find an address to ask for help, they send replies refering you to the automated procedures that you've already told them don't work. They then continue to bombard you with emails saying you haven't renewed.

We are Internet specialists and don't have any problems with account maintenance at any other provider (and we have a lot of them!).

We've asked them multiple times to help us spend $1,000 on renewals - warning them that if they don't help they will lose the business - but they clearly don't need the money.

Even Microsoft could do better than this. At least they are focused on earning revenue.

Sites like this are the only way to get some help with companys like Yahoo. If we did not have web sites like this you would never get any help from Yahoo because they just dont care about us as customers
