The phone # they assigned to me is a long distance call from my town. They have removed ALL means of contacting them, (No Chat or E-Mail or Phone) and also prevent you from changing your # as advertised. I would not recommend this product to anyone until they provide some sort of support! What they can do is, Provide Support!

Slow down people and take a breath! I just purchased MJ recently.. I am totally dumb on computers yet, I have had none of the problems that you folks are experiencing.. 10 minutes out of the box and have already set it up and made some long distance calls.. WORKS GREAT!!

I purchased two magicjack components. My phone numbers are 732-664-8850 and 732-664-9617 on my first number I cannot get on line. I have the same e-mail address and the same password please let me know how to correct this problem. Thank you My e-mail address is lamortes1229@comcast.net and my password is lucyperna Salvatore f.
