No show after ordering parts - Service Doctor

On May 20, 2008, service doctor (Chantilly VA) came to look at my broken Dishwasher, they were contracted by Sears. They said I needed 3 parts, "we will return in 7 to 10 days." I called 4 times every 10 days) & was told they were waitng for parts, were sent the wrong parts, call back next week, etc. On the 5th call on July 18 after 2 months, the owner said, "we don't do business with sears anymore." I asked when he was going to call, he said that day....Sure, I believe that.So I took a day off work to get the estimate, waited 2 months with broken dishwasher,
& constantly got the run around. I would rather have broken appliances than to deal with them if they were only company around. They do not know what proper customer service is, & could care less I took off work. Wonder if the owner could take a day off without pay for nothing.
