American General Financial Services Complaint

No release of mortgage - loan

I paid off a loan with American General on August 4th 2009. I was supposed to receive within a few weeks the recorded Release of Mortgage. It is now November 1, 2009 and still have not received it. I have called several times within the last few months and have gotten promises of a call back with info about the document, but they do not call back. They blame the title company.
