I had to write in response to some of the negatives about Gems TV . To those who remove the tags and then send back the merchandise expecting a refund, didn't you understand in the first place not to remove if you want to return? Why should they make an exception for you? For the buyer who makes a lot of returns for refunds, that is a red flag for any company. Instead of being like a kid in the candy store, be selective on what you buy instead of binging. It is always someone else's fault. You don't take responsibility for your actions.

tHIS TAG REMOVAL POLICY IS RIDICULOUS - HOW DOES IT GO WITH THE "30 DAY NO QUESTIONS ASKED POLICY"? ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO WEAR THE ITEM FOR 30 DAYS WITH THE TAG HANGING OUT? PRETTY STUPID IF YOU ASK ME. IT IS OBVIOUSLY AN EXCUSE FOR NOT HONORING THEIR WARRANTY.

They offer a guarantee, I think it's 30 days. How are you suppose to try a ring out with the tags on. If the gems are loose and falling out you are screwed. Do you work for the company?

I agree, shoppers can be very childish. It's unbelievable how some adults never mature.
