As a gesture of goodwill they reversed the $50 per person change fee, honored the original $99 fare for each flight and have refunded $400 to my credit card. And express her gratitude to my son for the selfless sacrifice he makes protecting the freedoms she enjoy. She was so wonderful I just have to say thank you.
