No help for your troups family - Change reservation

I writing a complaint about Jet Blue I had to change my flight because my son who was coming home from Afghanistan return was changed and Jet blue charged me $100 extra plus. I will never use them again and I will tell everyone I know how terrible they are. I'm going back to US air they have no problem and about changing the flight for nothing extra.

Jenny from Customer Commitment Crew of JetBlue Airways phoned me last night.
As a gesture of goodwill they reversed the $50 per person change fee, honored the original $99 fare for each flight and have refunded $400 to my credit card. And express her gratitude to my son for the selfless sacrifice he makes protecting the freedoms she enjoy. She was so wonderful I just have to say thank you.
