I purchased a pair of sunglasses as a gift for my niece on Friday. Weren't exactly what she wanted so returned Tuesday morning and asked to exchange for a more expensive pair but no go. This was my first ( and last ) visit, now out of pocket $140 for a pair of sunglasses nobody will wear. What is it with these places? Tried to speak with " Head Manager" but he didn't even have the decency to speak with me, instead leaving it up to the girl just to keep saying sorry . Not good enough and will tell everyone how pathetic the service is.
