We are very sorry that this customer is unhappy. We really went out of our way to satisfy her. We communicated with her many times and she even responsed that she was "all set". We sent her two products and then made two call tags to pick them up (as she wasn't satisfied with either one). We spoke to her last Friday and told her we would credit her account. Not only have we refunded her money but we let her know. Is there anything else we can do for her? She should let us know.
