No Customer Service Skills

On 18 January in the morning, I called the Remax Bahrain office to query property rental. My call was returned on 19 January and we agreed to meet at 12:00 on 20 January to view some properties (he was unable to meet me at 13:00 as he had to collect his children). During this time another agent had promptly returned my call organized to view some properties, resulting in my finding a property to rent. I called Mr Abdul Qader Shaqroon on 20 January at 10:30 to cancel our appointment, unfortunately he couldn’t take my call and I left a message with the receptionist to cancel our appointment. I then received a call from him at 13:00 with him berating me for wasting his time, resulting in him putting down the phone on me.
I found his attitude to be disrespectful and rude, leaving me to believe that Remax Bahrain has no understanding of customer service. As previously mentioned, I have used Remax’s services in South Africa and The Netherlands, finding them to be extremely prompt in returning my calls and assisting me with my property queries.
This is to inform you of the rude behavior of Mr Abdul Qader Shaqroon. I am certain that his behavior is not consistent with Remax’s ideals and I trust that this incident will not repeat itself again.

0 You certainly have a point but you dont have any idea how difficult it is to work as a real estate agent. Imagine yourself as an agent looking for the best properties you could offer to your client. You've searched all the corners of the town, made phone calls contacting property owners, spent hours driving until late to look for properties while your family is waiting for you for dinner. Only to find out that your client has been out with other agents.
0 Remax is the pits, lousey sales people, could care less and lose your keys to the property house and can't find them so now we will report her to the better business bureau.REMAX IS A JOKE, buyers beware, espc. if yr in the Beaverton Mi area,don't do business with this outfit,unless u want yr keys to the house lost.
