When attemping to return an item to Best Buy I was met with antagonistic and confrontational employees. Their 30 day return policy is completely inflexible - they don't even issue store credit! Thumbs down to BestBuy for their lack of customer service and unprofessional, surly employees. I have spent my last dollar at BestBuy. If they want to remain competitive in this sluggish economy they had better smarten up and realize that customers have other options when it comes to spending hard earned cash!

I purchased a dishwasher, paid for delivery, set-up and removal of old one. I took a day off work, waited all day, called about 10 times (they always had an excuse) and they never showed up. So I went back to the store for a refund and got a lot of lies from the customer service people. They said I PERSONALLY returned the dishwasher to the warehouse, which of course, I didn't. They reluctantly gave the refund, but it was not a nice transition, not to mention the money lost by taking off work. I will never darken their door again.
