There was no means of checking order status on the website so I emailed on November 25th requesting information as to the status of my order. I received a response in a short amount of time that my order had shipped on the 24th. On December 8th I still had not received my order so I emailed again and even called the number listed on the email of my order confirmation. The phone call only allowed me to leave a voice message. I received no response. I have emailed and called for the past 3 days and have yet to receive a response as to why I haven't received the product. I asked how to cancel my order in the last email so I could get my money back. No information on the site as to how to cancel an order.
I guess I will accept my losses and assume my money is gone and buy the dvds locally. I would not recommend this company to anyone even though their prices are wonderful. But no price is too wonderful if you never receive the product.
