I RECIEVED AND ORDER FORM THIS COMPANY, WHO I ONLY MADE AN INQUIRY TO ON12-31-08 FOR A USE X-BOX CORE SYSTEM. WHEN THEY TOLD ME THE PRICE I DECLINED THE ORDER/ HOWEVER, ON 01/01/09 THEY CHARGED MY VISA ACCOUNT FOR 154.98.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY...DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM..WHEN YOU TRY TO CONTACT THEM, EITHER THEY DO NOT ANSWER E-MAILS, OR THEIR PHONE MESSAGES ARE FULL. AFTER WRITING ANOTHER COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS CO. THEY SAW IT AND CONTACTED ME IMMEDIATELEY. MY VISA CO. IS INVOLVED AND I HAD TO CANCEL SAID VISA CARD. THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO REFUND MY 154.98. WE WILL SEE, IF AND WHEN THEY DO SO..I WILL KEEP YOU POSTED.
IN THE MEAN TIME STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET A FALSE CHARGE.
