Newegg is a scam! They charged...

Newegg is a scam! They charged my Debit Card twice for something that was never shipped. It has been 2 days and they still say they only charged once, even once is too much, remember, IT NEVER SHIPPED! It was voided. I even sent them bank logs showing it was debited twice. They tried to send me a bogus void authorization from their system. It doesn't show any of my credit card info on it. It even says plain as day at the top " CARD TYPE IS ERROR" at the top of the void. These people are idiots. One guy tells me he has a authorization number for me to give to my bank, once I give the bank the auth. number they will (the bank) put my money back in my account. OK, I call my bank and say here is the number, put 2900.00 back in my account please. NOT! BEWARE of ROTTENEGG!

I had 2 pending charges show up on my c/c for $1898.00 each. I have never purchased anything from them nor had ever visited their website. I cancelled the card and will try to reach them when their offices reopen on Monday to see what is going on and where these items were shipped..

I buy items from Newegg all the time. Laptop, RAM, external hard drive, etc. They are by far one of the best online retailers out there. While I agree that the above reviews reflect accurate information, they are not typical of Newegg transactions.

this is my exprience

the worse internet store experience of ever
I bought an laptop and they stopped the order 3 times:
1 - for billing address problem;
2 – because they made a mistake correcting my billing address;
3 – for applying $10 courtesy discount adding the amount instead of reducing the total amount.
finally the they voided my order because the system automatically rejected an order if it is placed for more that 3 days.
