Never shipped even though it was "in stock" - Inifinita Teak Bistro Set

I ordered "in stock" patio furniture and - 5 months later - still have not received anything. Of course they billed me right away. They didn't respond to my first inquiry, so after I asked again their first excuse was a "mixup at the warehouse." The item was then on "backorder" and twice I was given ship dates, but no product - ever. I finally had to ask for a refund. They were never apologetic or offered to make up for holding onto my money for months with nothing to show for it. BUYER BEWARE!
