Never have I seen such disrespect of customer service. My business they have totally lost, it might have been saved had they promptly returned phone calls, offered a rental car, explained the workings of the insurance company and just admitted their fault and that it would be taken care of. Since this didn't happen without much aggrevation and 2 1/2 weeks without my car, not to mention the fact that my teenage son and his friend could have been killed when the engine blew, had they been on a highway at greater speed that on a side street approaching a red light. All power was immediatly lost and it makes me sick to think about what could have happened to them and all I get from Tom the owner is the run around. Thanks for nothing. I even had to harrass them for a refund of my oil change. A lousy $12. What a jerk. I'm letting everyone I know (and don't know) to stay away from this guy and any of his shops
