I recieved two discs in a row that were dirty. I contacted Nerflix and asked them to cancel my subscription.
I have never seen a company bend over backwards to try and please me, and get me to stay with them as a customer. They offered a refund and also free movies, but I was in a bad mood and didn't accept their offers.
After about 6 months without doing business with them, I figured I needed their movies more than they needed my lousy few bucks a month and returned as a customer...a happy customer. They are one company who cares....

i've always had great service with netflix. i had heard complaints about often getting cracked discs, and my very first one was cracked, but haven't had one since. i was amazed when one time i had sent a disc and they hadn't recieved it after a few days, i was worried and told them when i sent it and they went ahead and sent the next disc on my list anyway!
