I don't know if this is the right place to write or not. But we have a complaint.
We bought tires fron NTB. We've asked them to roatate our tires & check for a leak in one of the tires, 2 times now. They say they have done it, but they haven't, because the tire with the leak is in the same place as it was when we brought it in & is still leaking. About every 2 weeks my husband has to put air in it now. Can you please get these guys to do their job? We would like it fixed or replaced if it can't be fixed. This is the NTB at 2460 Midwat Mall Blvd., Elyria, Ohio 44035 Phone No. 440-324-3800. I would appreciate if I would get a response back from you's. If not I'll have to contract the corporate office.
