Nasty and uninformed mangers

I have had the phone face, been accused of being a liar, chastised about my financial situation. Asked for a modification and was given a situation just as bad as the one I suposedly modified. I hate them absolutely hate them their policies, hiring practices and the people that slip thru. If anyone has had a similiar experience, please e-mail me We need to sue them for distress or something

I have had VERY similar issues with Chase. I despise this company for the frustration I am constantly going through with them. I have found no addresses or phone numbers for complaints or help regarding the horrible experience I've had with their company!!
