priceline.com Incorporated Complaint
Name your price - but they charge you more - Hotels

Like the reviewer who states that the hotel fees are not fully disclosed, I had the experience of bidding $70 for a hotel room and being charged $85. This is something you find out after credit card info has been entered and at the very end of the process you find that you are being gigged for more than you bid or agreed to. And this was not an extra fee from the hotel, this was an add-on by Priceline. As everyone else points out, their customer service is obviously paid to thwart the customer at every turn - not to be helpful. If you use priceline be very very careful to read everything and get familiar with your credit card dispute procedures, because you'll need them.
