After placing an offer on the Hotel in Cancun, I was charged for a hotel that does not accept kids; When contacting customer service I was told they can not do anything as the purchase is not changeable. This despite my stay being 4 weeks away. Customer service did not even offer to help in solving the situation. Terrible. Ripoff. Stay away!

mt1965: onixjane is correct you must have missed booking your kids with you. Been using priceline.com for quite some time and never had a problem with my bookings.
Been using for years now, Priceline.com, and never had I encountered a problem. mt1965, you should have included your kids in the booking, for if you had then you would have known that the Hotel you picked didn't allow kids along. That's quite simple. You cannot just sneak them in the hotel without the security knowing, besides its for your whole family protection that you should have booked even your kids with you.
