I bought this treadmill and added the extended warranty. Several months went by and the thing started shocking me. I have moved it from one spot to the other and followed every suggestion they gave me. I have been promised since early Aug 2008 that a repair man would come to check it out. NO ONE HAS EVERY ARRIVED!!!! Even after several phone calls and believe me they keep you on hold forever no one has shown up!!!! One call I was in the queue waiting for 19 minutes!!!
I would never buy this again and will not recommend it to anyone! Poor service.
