i went to hollister store, then try the clothes in the fitting room.my son and daughter is with me, i put down my coach sunglasses then my son get it and wear it.then we went outside the fitting room to pay.i put my kids on the side while i was paying.just 2 to 3 steps from the cashier.so i know my kids is still holding my glasses. there's no people in line so it was fast.we go out of the store a few steps away then i remember my sunglassses so we went back.i asked the staff if they saw it but said not. they dont even care.i asked if theres a camera? they said just on the cashier only. so we went home.then call them agin if they could help me.just look on their security camera while i was paying, if i still have my sunglasses just to make sure.and then they said they dont have access to the camera's. then i said because its just a glasses so u dont care...im not even finish talking to the person who answer my call, he just hang up the phone.horrible..i mean they could do something if they want..they could help me..what if the sunglasses is worth a million..they dont really care!!!glad that some of their stores get closed..even the sister co. abercrombie n fitch.dont patronized this product!
