NO SHOW!! - Dispatch & Technician

Let me just say that Uverse is by far the best cable and interactive tv out there; BUT.....for 2 days in a row a tech was suppose to be here and they didn't show up and didn't even call. It has taken 5 days to get somebody out here. So if you plan on getting this installed you better take a week of vacation.

Again I'm on the phone and no one is very helpful,they say that I don;t have service with you. I'm getting very upset with your service dept. I would like some one to e-mail me back with some type of satifaction.
